Where are my tickets?

Your tickets will have been sent to your registered email address immediately following purchase.

They are also available to download, at any time, from your account. Simply log in to your account and go to My Tickets.

If you do not see your order in there, please contact us so we can help you.

EXCEPTIONS:

ECS Season 3 (tickets are being sent out by AXS rather than us, thus nothing is sent after purchase except a confirmation).
