I didn't receive my tickets by email

Tickets are automatically generated and sent out immediately following purchase. If you haven't received yours, it is possible that your junk mail filter had something to do with it.

What can I do?

To re-download your tickets, simply log in to your Ticket Fairy account and find your orders in My Tickets. Once you've located your order, click 'Download' next to the ticket you want to download.

NB: Typing in an email address incorrectly when buying a ticket is a very common reason for passwords not resetting and inability to log in, as well as not having received tickets in the first place; we may need more info from you about your purchase if the above instructions don’t yield a positive outcome.
