When/how will I get my badge?

Badges are mailed out approximately two to three weeks before the event, so if you ordered before the ticket mailing deadline (August 7, 2016), your badge should show up in your mailbox towards the end of August or the beginning of September.

We’ll also announce the day they ship via social media to help narrow down the delivery window. Don’t forget to show them off to the world when they come in.

International or missed badge mailing deadline: If you were unable to have your badge mailed or you are traveling from abroad, you can pick up your badges at the registration desk located in the lobby in Hall G.

Thursday: 12PM-6PM

Friday: 8AM-6PM

Saturday: 8AM-6PM

Sunday: 8AM-4PM
